Youth Learn to Train Program

The learning to train phase gives the few who truly learn how to train a significant hand up on the competition. This is a competitive advantage for any athlete, and while we are not actually having the kids lift heavy weights, they must learn how to perform the lifts so when they’re asked to in the future they know exactly what they’re doing. Not only does this minimize the risk of injury, but this is a way to energize them about working out, and being motivated to take their game to the next level by being bigger, faster, and stronger than the competition. 

There are a lot of people who believe that kids should not even touch weights before they’re 14 and this crop of kids will lose significant ground to those who understand how to train, and perform the lifts that they need to do for this sport.
